Maximizing potential through targeted career and education supports
Future Link serves young adults who lack the resources and knowledge to identify and pursue a pathway to a successful future, including those aging out of foster care, high school drop outs, first generation college students, and youth who have experienced personal trauma or academic disruption in their lives.
Future Link currently enrolls 90 young adults in its seminar each year (three classes of 15 each in the fall and spring semesters) and serves anywhere from 60-90 seminar alumni annually with its post-seminar support program. Future Link directly and intensively serves 150-180 students annually.

Our popular 14-week seminar provides students with the career knowledge and workplace skills they need. Our mentors then help them stay on a positive trajectory.
Through informational interviews and mentoring, more than 100 professionals share their expertise with us each year and make a difference in the lives of our students.
MISSION AND VISION
